Overview

Track Matches ("the App") is developed by TrackMatches. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

For authentication only:

  • Name and email address — collected when you sign in with Google or Apple. Used solely to identify your account. We do not send marketing emails or share your email with anyone.

Data you create in the app:

  • Match data — opponent names, scores, dates, match type (singles/doubles), and partner names that you manually enter.
  • Habit data — custom habit names and icons you create, and which habits you associate with each match.
  • Settings — your app preferences (display options).

How Your Data Is Stored

Your match data is stored securely in a private database. Each user's data is isolated — only you can access your own data when signed in to your account. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Authentication

The App offers sign-in via Google and Apple. We only receive your name and email address from these services — no passwords, contacts, photos, or other personal data is accessed.

If you sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email," we only receive Apple's private relay email address. Your real email remains hidden.

What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not collect analytics or usage data.
  • We do not use advertising or ad tracking.
  • We do not share your match data with any third party.
  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not send marketing emails.
  • We do not use your data for AI training or profiling.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page within the app. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm — your match data, habits, and account will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

Data Portability

You can export all your match data as a JSON file at any time using the Export feature in the History tab. This allows you to keep a personal backup of your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
