1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Track Matches app ("the App"), developed by TrackMatches, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Track Matches is a family of personal match tracking applications that allow you to record match results, track statistics, and manage habits across racket sports. Your data is stored securely in a private database accessible only by you.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Data

All data you create (matches, habits, settings) is stored securely and is only accessible by you. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not share, sell, or provide your data to any third party.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page within the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its services.
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits.

6. Purchases and Refunds

Track Matches offers a free version (Lite) with limited features and a paid version (Pro) as a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. All purchases are handled by the respective store and are subject to their refund policies.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App depends on third-party authentication services that may experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for any loss of access due to third-party service outages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMatches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account from the Settings page or by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these terms.
